Render Demo, a company we have featured before, has just launched its latest DVD. In this latest release, Dwayne Patterson a GM designer talks through basic car drawing techniques.
Using Sketch Book Pro, Dwayne talks through how to set up a basic side view of your design, and how to translate it into matching front and rear thre quarter views. Using a 3/4 SUV sketch as a base he then explains the theory of setting up basic lighting directions, core colour values and surface reflections. The DVD then concludes with Dwayne showing in detail his own particular rendering style, creating an impressive rear 3/4 view of a sports car.
Available both as DVD and digital download, this latest release from Render Demo is certainly worth checking out.
