Here at DesignerTechniques we think that entering competitions is a good way to help build your skills as a designer. It gives you the oppportunity to experience working with a set design brief as well as putting together a professional looking presentation. This is not to mention the experience of working with deadlines. With this in mind we want to bring to your attention the latest design competition from Domus Academy and Audi.
Domus Academy and Audi are looking for the car design talents of tomorrow. The competition brief is very open..which in itself can be challenging, but surely should leave plenty of room for creativity.
With the panel of judges including Marco Bonetto (Domus Academy, Master in Car Design Director), Walter De Silva (Volkswagen Group, Director of Design), Wolfgang Josef Egger, (Audi Group, Head of Design) and Fabrizio Giugiar (Italdesign Giugiaro, Style Director) you will have the chance to have your work viewed by a very influential group of people in automotive design. If this is not enough to tempt you, the top three finalist will be offered scholarships at Domus Academy.
